Since September, Envato has been changed their support policy. Simply speaking, the support service is no longer lifetime, instead, now it’s 6 months limited. So your purchase code will be invalid after 6 months so that you can’t access to the forum any more. If you still need technique support, you have to extend support service on Envato Market. As I first sent this in February, it has been fixed already. All I am wondering now is how I can notify you of issues that come up with theme updates so that they can be addressed in future versions? I’m using SimpleKey.
I see, now this support forum is still using Envato Old API to verify the buyers, it means you can still submit issues to simplekey forum untill they shut down their old API, then you could submit the issues via Themeforest item page > comment section at any time, no matter whether your support is expired or not.
